concept

Set design of the event space for the IWWOF Awards 2026, translating the brand identity and celebratory spirit of the awards into a cohesive visual environment. The task also included imagining and creating suitable entertainment elements to encourage interaction and networking among guests.

challenge

The client had no clearly defined concept or detailed vision for how to logically and aesthetically organize the event within a specific space – Maria 01 (https://maria.io ). At the same time, the project had a strictly limited budget, requiring careful prioritization and creative decision-making to achieve a high-impact visual result without extensive resources.

solution

ARTISHOK.ME developed the spatial concept, focusing on the stage as the ceremony centerpiece and the photo zone as a key visual highlight. To add an interactive element, ARTISHOK curated a Makers Lounge by bringing together international businesswomen from the art, craft, and perfume worlds through its creative network.

from concept and visualization to partner coordination, installation, and post-event dismantling

The concept symbolized women’s growth and blooming, expressed through the brand’s signature pink color and large floral elements. As nominees walked toward the stage along a path framed by oversized flowers, the scene echoed the idea of a woman in bloom.

The project included planning guest flow, designing the stage and ceremonial pathway framed with floral elements, and creating a striking photo zone that became a central attraction of the evening. The team also curated the Makers Lounge, bringing together women-led businesses and a sensory collaboration between art and fragrance. From concept and visualization to partner coordination, installation, and post-event dismantling, ARTISHOK.ME managed the full creative and production process.
